NATURAL HAZELNUT KERNELS
Oregon kernels are typically larger than most origins, predominately 13 mm caliber and larger. Snacks, confection, and bulk bin sales are the biggest users for Oregon hazelnut kernels. All kernels are pasteurized prior to distribution.
ROASTED HAZELNUT KERNELS
Currently we only offer dry roasted hazelnuts with a medium roast, and in many of the same sizes as above. Our roasted hazelnuts stand out against most other roasted nuts due to the crunch and semi-sweet flavor of the Oregon hazelnut.
DICED HAZELNUT KERNELS
We offer diced hazelnuts in a variety of sizes in both pasteurized natural as well as roasted. Additionally, you can request to have the meal screened out or left in. Ideal for foodservice, bakery, bars, ice cream, and confection toppings.
INSHELL HAZELNUTS
Oregon traditionally sells most of its hazelnut crop as inshell to export markets. This is something we can offer for those who are interested. Inshell hazelnuts are shipped in 50lb and 25kg poly-woven bags.
HAZELNUT MEAL
Hazelnut meal is very fine, less than 1 mm. It is ideal for baking, foodservice and bars. It is available only as pasteurized natural.
HAZELNUT POWDER
Hazelnut powder is tailored toward the growing trend and desire for plant-based proteins. This gluten-free hazelnut meal product is ideal for bakery, bars, meal replacement shakes, and foodservice segments.
HAZELNUT OIL
Our hazelnut oil is cold pressed and unfiltered, which accentuates it’s delicious, nutty flavor and aroma. Excellent for salad dressings and marinades. Available in various sizes.
HAZELNUT BUTTER
Made from 100% dry roasted Oregon hazelnuts. The rich, nutty flavor of our hazelnut butter makes it an ideal component for bakery and confectionary items.
